Bredon School is a haven for pupils with special educational needs. The school not only excels at giving pupils individualised support, but, just as importantly, makes them feel normal. A focus on practical skills lessons, and outdoors activities encourages pupils to get involved in anything from farming to sculping, to building a business.

The Academics
Bredon School's academic credo is 'make the glove fit the hand': the school adapts support and academic offer to the individual needs and interests of the child. Some pupils will do A-Levels, some will do Btecs in catering, some will join the on-site Cisco Academy and learn to code.
The school provides specialist learning support for pupils with dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and speech and language difficulties.
The Boarding
43% of pupils board. About 10% of pupils at the school are international. Boarding facilities are modern and cozy. An extensive, recent refurbishment makes accomodation feel up-to-date.
Single rooms for 6th Form boarders provided.

Bredon School's amazing academic learning support. Best in the UK! The amazingly small classes of six pupils a class on average help.
The school's amazing pastoral care. Pupils are enormously well cared for and get all the emotional support they could possibly need.
The school's well-rounded, active approach to learning - from coding, to maths and design to rearing farm-animals, pupils get an exceptionally wide variety of learning experiences to choose from.

None we can think of. Bredon School is not for everyone, of course, but does what it was set up to do like no other school we know.

Bredon School is 10 minutes by car from attractive Tewkesbury in the Cotswolds.
